Many people state that Deer in Hawaii is a problem. But is it really? They remind me of "Bambi". Poor little Bambi's mama got shot by the hunters. Well, I think I spotted them here in the valley. A word out to them hunters, if you got any questions or any ideas of trespassing into this valley, you better ask first. Because we got electric fencing and traps that will zap you, and catch your leg, and hang you upside down, just like the movies.
More info on Deer:

Well, I am just amazed, we heard a lot about them deers. But for them to be spotted in the valley at Waimalu. That will truly spark some interest here. I think the property value just went up too. What do you think? We sure would love to put a fence around the whole conservation, but you know thats tremendously expensive. So folks, just be on the lookout. Neighbors of Royal Summit and Newtown, be sure no one's trespassing into your yard to get into the protected forest. All you Royal Summit neighbors who's property sits on the perimeter, their on the fenceline, so be on the lookout for any long antlers. If you spot any, call the Deer Hotline at (808) 852-9663.
